A bed frame is a serious enough piece of furniture that it has to take a long time to put together. It just does. Especially if you are carpentry-inept like I am. BUT. I got it together pretty easily, with just little ol me, several hours on a sunday, and a few beers.Cons: Three huge, heavy boxes arrived. I couldn't figure out which box had the instructions in them, so it was difficult in my tiny apartment to plan for setup. Ended up waiting to begin until company could email me a PDF of the instructions.Pros: Company was very nice and very prompt with emailing me PDF instructions. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Pieces were easy to use and easy to put together. All of the pieces were there!AND, it's a perfect bed frame for a small space, for those who need a slim frame with added storage.

Bought this headboard as a gift for my mother. Wasn't sure if the quality was all there, but ordered it because it was in my price range and I had read the other reviews. Instructions were clear and if you take your time can be put together with ease. Once put together it is surprisingly sturdy and looks real nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a bookcase headboard. Good value, but look for the free shipping or discounted shipping because it is pretty heavy and costs can get high to ship it.

This headboard is just OK and does the job of saving space that I intended it for. I wanted to get rid of our oversized night stands and needed a place for the clock, lamps, phone, remotes, tissues, books, etc. But it was difficult to assemble and there is not a piece of real wood to be seen - all pressboard and cardboard. Once together, however, it looks quite nice behind the bed.
