This purchase arrived very quickly. There was a slight mix up about the outside packaging, but,it was quickly realized that the inside packaging was correct. Once the items wereput together, I saw how really beautiful they were. (I bought 2) They were exactly as expected, with one exception, the sliders and sliding channels for the doors were plastic. Had they have been of some other stronger material, this product would have received 5 stars, but the plastic in this solid wood wardrobe gets just 4 stars because the plastic does not appear to be strong and durable, I'll just have to see how it goes over a period of time. Otherwise they are great looking wardrobes. I am mostly satisfied with my purchase.The Service is exceptional. They answer email questions very quickly and they ship promptly.The wardrobes are quite big and roomy. They meet my needs beautifully. Almost, but not, quite perfectly.

This wardrobe is as pictured. Solid wood with java stain. Had to hire someone to put it together for me because it is not assembled and too heavy for me to handle. Looks great in my guest room when finished. Shelves are study and doors slide smoothly. I gave it 4 stars because needed to be assembled.

Normally leery of purchasing furniture "in a box" that I have not seen in person. But other reviews talked about this wardrobe being made of real wood and being very sturdy so I took a shot! We had a baby and needed additional storage space in our bedroom for his clothes, blankets, etc. This has turned out to be a great piece! My husband and sons assembled in about an hour and a half with standard tools you likely already have. I will say that it would be very difficult for one person to assemble alone. We purchased plastic bins that were just a bit smaller than the dimensions of the five storage shelves so that we can easily pull them out, fill them with clean laundry and slide them back in. That way, we get the use of the full space available without having things stacked toward the back that you cannot reach. It is very good quality and very sturdy. I would buy another one in a heartbeat!
