My size 11 shoes can barely fit. Not sturdy enough to sit on. Good price. I only used 2 of the 3 levels because 3 levels seems way to small (height wise) for normal sized shoes.

Cons:(1) Item was sent to us without all the parts included (wrong screws) and it took WAY too long and three emails to the sender to get the right screws...(2) The assembly instructions were very unclear and incomplete(3) Unless you have very small shoes (i.e., no men's shoes), you probably won't be able to use all three shelves (we use two)Pros:It looks nice on the outsideOverall review: I expected more for the price, but decided not to return because could not really find any other enclosed shoe rack that I liked.

IT works out for my shoes. I mostly have flats. My husband's sow hardly fits in them. We had to get a different rack for him. He is size 9/9.5. Very small. Looks good though. Matches my brazilian cherry redwood floors.Looks great but thats about it. I wish they came up with some sturdier shelves inside that doesn;t slip causing a mess!!
