This picture makes the item seem beautiful and a good buy. Cheap construction, warped panels. Plastic dowels that snap off. Customer service "hotline" is a voicemail line that I never got a reply to after 4 calls. Drawers not aligned. Very poorly designed. Will be selling in my next yard sale, probably for $5. Rated "1 star" because "zero" or "negative" are not options.
