I ordered this product in two colors, sage and pink. The pink one arrived damaged - one of the shelves was bent (a replacement is being sent via one day shipping, so my problem was not with that. But this drew my attention to the fact that the shelves are made of cardboard, so they will not be able to support much weight, which is why the photo provided has only a few very lightweight items on it. Anything more and the shelves will bend. However, the hooks at the top are well made and the fabric is good quality.

This item came in good packaging and was new in the box. It is made of a thick cotton and the "shelving" at the bottom has hard plastic or board to separate, but all-in-all it felt very flimsy. When it was in the nursery closet we could not get it to straighten out and it was never even on top and bottom. The hangers are of poor quality and the more I looked at it over the two days it was in there I just disliked it more and more. Great concept but poor exectuion. I returned this item and ended up building a closet shelving unit with drawers and mulitiple teirs to hang clothes with a brand name self-installed closet organizing system I found here on Amazon.

This one has worked well for me over the past several months. It definitely organizes, but we try to cram too many clothes and towels in it, and it is not made to handle very many items. The side pockets are a little small too. We store our baby's socks in there. Its worth trying.
