The package arrived on time, and was wrapped in bubble wrap on the outside. Maybe that it should have been on the inside. As I unpacked all the pieces, there were 4 that were damaged on the corners. One of the pieces was damaged enough that it took all my talent to make it useable. The condition it was in would not hold the toggle bolt. But I managed to glue it so it would hold. Most of the damage was toward the back so it didn't matter as much, but one of the front doors had about a half inch chunk broke out of the bottom corner. I actually like the Armoire, it's pretty and looks good in my room. The instructions were not as detailed as I expected, but I put it together all by myself in two evenings. But since I paid an extra $119 for shipping, I would have expected it to be in better shape.
